Service Department / Streets
Posted 8/8/2025: If you see workers in your neighborhood, they could be from a company called Congruex, working for Brightspeed to upgrade their networks to fiber. Please see their letter for more information.
The Service Department is responsible for performing maintenance, repair and improvements to the city-owned infrastructure in order to provide for the safe, efficient and expeditious movement of motor vehicles and pedestrians throughout the city. The Department maintains all the city vehicles and equipment.
