Clare Harasimchuk, Coordinator

Clare joined the Senior Center in March 2025. She brings 28 years of experience in program development and community engagement, seven of those years as the City of Avon Parks & Recreation Coordinator. She loves working closely with our senior community to create enriching programs, organize events and ensure the Senior Center remains a vibrant and welcoming place for all. Clare resides in Avon with her husband and two children. Please stop by the center to say hello and share your ideas!
Tami Reynolds, Clerk

Tami has been with the City of Avon for 13 years. She has over 30 years of experience working in customer service and enjoys helping the seniors. Tami loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. When she is not at the Senior Center, she enjoys the outdoors and adventures traveling in her RV.
Karen Reppucci, Activity Planner

Karen has been with the City of Avon since 2020. Prior to joining us she worked in healthcare as an activity director for 16 years. She has brought many fun activities and events to the center. Karen is always planning our next fun event or trip! The seniors are the best part of her job and is so grateful for the opportunity to work in our community! Karen and her husband reside in Lorain County and have a daughter that is an Avon Local School teacher. Karen and her husband just welcomed their first grandson in April 2025!
Frank Lawrence, Transportation Scheduler

Frank joined the Senior Center in August 2026. He brings with him multiple years of experience in the transportation field having worked at UPS, Director of Transportation for a School District and a Community Services Representative in a neighboring city. He has been a resident of Avon since, 2015, has a wife, four children and six grandchildren who he enjoys spending his spare time with whenever he can. He looks forward to helping his community by providing the necessary transportation needs for the residents of Avon.
Carrie Rae, Social Worker

Carrie has been with the City of Avon since October 2019. Carrie has her Master’s in Social Work, and is licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S). She has worked as a social worker for over 20 years. She previously worked in community mental health centers and healthcare working with children/adolescents, adults, and older adults. She enjoys helping Avon senior residents and their families. Carrie resides in Avon with her husband and two children.
Terri Bartolovich, Activity Assist

Terri is a lifetime resident of Avon, is married and has a son. She has a passion for helping others. She likes to walk the parks with her son and their dog, a chocolate lab named Gunner. She is also an avid reader, reading mystery thrillers. She is excited for this opportunity to get to know and work with the seniors of Avon.
Michelle Wintrode, Event Set-up
Michelle has worked for the City of Avon for 29 years. She assists with facility and program set-up for our Senior Center and Parks & Recreation. Avon is home to Michelle, she grew up here, attending Avon Schools and then also raising her family here. Michelle is dedicated to serving our community and is always willing to help our residents. When Michelle is not working at the Senior Center or Parks & Rec she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, crafting and listening to music bands.
