Income Tax Worker Pool Memberships
Proof of Employment within the City of Avon is required-see required documents below:
- I.D. (Driver's License)
- Current Paystub showing Avon Income Tax is being withheld (most recent paystub 30-45 dates)
- Proof of Household for children on pass (i.e. Birth Certificate)
- A letter from employer, business card, business I.D/Badge WILL NOT be accepted
Memberships are processed based on household address. All persons on the membership must reside at the same address and be immediate family. Immediate family is defined as the head of households spouse/partner and their child (children) of which they are a legal guardian. Children 2 & under (birth date before 6/5/26) will not be charged a membership fee, however, will still receive a membership fob.
Please Note: Children 9 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible person age 14 years or older. ITWs cannot purchase a membership just for children, the ITW parent/guardian needs to be on the pass.
Other ITW Membership Guidelines:
- ITWs under the age of 18 may only purchase a single membership
- Privileges to bring in guests will be restricted to Adult ITW’s only

1. I am an Avon Income Tax Worker and would like to renew my 2025 membership OR purchase a new membership?
- Answer: All ITW memberships need to be purchased IN-PERSON at the Avon Parks Dept. (M-F 7:30am-3:30pm). Please note we closed for the holidays on 12/24/25, 12/25/25 and 1/1/26.
Please remember to bring your I.D., proof of current employment (pay stub showing Avon Taxes are being withheld -most recent paystub 30-45 dates) and proof of household for children.
