This program is for Avon residents ages 5-10 years old. We provide supervised playtime at Northgate Park & Schwartz Road Park from 9:30am - 12:30pm Mondays through Thursdays. The goal of this program is to get kids outside, make new friends and enjoy our parks. Whether they choose to play on the playground, a game of soccer or dodgeball, our staff is there to make sure the kids are playing safe and having fun!
Please note that this program takes place at a public park and both parks have an open setting. More information on park amenities can be found in our rules and policy form (see below). Our Counselors are comprised of high school and college students (ages 16+). We strive to have a ratio of 6:1, (Participants: Counselor). Each location will have an adult Supervisor to oversee staff and program participants.
For safety purposes a maximum number of 50 children per park per day will be maintained. We accept children on a first come/first serve basis. If the program is full your child can still participate, however, a parent/guardian will need to stay to supervise your child. Due to the outdoor nature of Playground Days, this is a weather permitted program. This program requires proof a residency and additional forms found below.
